Northern California-based curator of cannabis lifestyle brands and events TSO Sonoma™ is hosting Winter TSOlstice: A Mindful Elevated Dining Experience, an intimate educational evening in Sonoma County on December 21st from 5:00 – 9:00 pm.
In collaboration with Chef Aaron Koseba, Head Chef at 3-Michelin Star SingleThread Restaurant, this experiential sensory evening of fine dining and conversation will explore the importance of sustainability in our region and cultivating community with a four-course non-infused menu of locally sourced foraged dishes in TSO Sonoma’s signature refined atmosphere. Currently as Head Chef at SingleThread, Aaron leads his team to embrace the diverse resources that California has to offer, creating a cuisine that reflects seasonal evolution with a Japanese spirit.
The winter solstice is known as a celebration of the Goddess moon and holds powerful energy for regeneration, renewal, and self-reflection. The event will begin with a grounding, invigorating and enlightening way to experience and explore sound, breath, movement and meditation. Åmy K. will be introducing the evening by guiding guests into a regenerating and dynamic KYM x A meditation experience offering a gentle yet powerful breathing exercise intentionally paired with a thoughtfully curated soundscape allowing us to mindfully mingle, digest and connect to our light throughout the dark of night.
Optional balanced cannabis pairings will be offered by Tina Gordon of Moon Made Farms™, Sun Grown and Moon Made™ cannabis cultivating balanced blends of CBD and THC utilizing no-till natural farming techniques observing natural cycles.
Each guest will be receiving an Omura flower "heat not burn" vaporization device. Featuring a discreet design and unique heat curve technology, Omura is a eco-conscious cannabis brand with a minimal environmental impact as cartridges are compostable after use.
