Join us for an Autumn inspired dinner event in celebration of harvest, the most beautiful time of year in Wine Country. Surrounded by the changing colors of nature, immerse yourself into sensory heaven through a special seasonal four course meal accompanied by curated cannabis and wine terpene pairings from the TSO Sonoma team.

Enjoy an experiential sensory evening of fine dining and conversation as we explore the importance of sustainability in our region and cultivate community.  

Meet the Chef Timothy Kaulfers:

Executive chef at Arista winery. Tim was a graduate of the culinary institute of America in St. Helena California and spent three years working at Chef Charlie Palmer’s Dry Creek Kitchen in Healdsburg, California. Today, Tim enjoys creating fresh, local selections for special visitors to the Russian river from the garden grounds at Arista that highlight the value of terroir expressed in both wine and food.
